Working with Rudi was a very stimulating experience. I felt the working model had a 3 step approach. Firstly, we focused on finding the “why” of the different personal/professional issues, the “why” of the different behaviours, while enjoying the self-research process.

Secondly, I needed the time to process the self-discovery. I thought about all the new aspects that we got to know about ourselves and from the rest of the team.

Finally, we moved to action, thinking on what steps could be follow in order to keep developing leadership.
