She is a successful influencer at senior levels who believes that business success is achieved through authentic leadership behaviour and using a variety of learning interventions, for example: coaching. She has successfully coached more than 250 executives. Doreen also consults to organisations around the selection, assessment and recruitment of talent for scholarships and executive promotion.
